Quality Policy

An important tool

The direction sees the quality policy as an important tool for controlling the company activities and to get more insight into the processes that are important. The quality policy contributes to the wishes and needs of our clients.

  • Pillars of the management system are efficiency and effectiveness of environmental processes aimed at reducing and deliberately removing the waste stream
  • The policy is aligned with the ISO 9001 norm and has been completely implemented within the management system.
  • It is up to the standards of the law and rules.
  • It is expected of all employees that they follow the policy and management system to fulfill the standard quality level.
  • Our policy is periodically reviewed and revised once every three years. Unless certain developments make it necessary

The direction declares responsibility for the execution, security, and control of the established quality policy and shall revise this every three years.

The policy has the following goals:

  • It fulfills the laws and rules.
  • The work must be done according to the guidelines stated in the latest ISO 9001.
  • Realizing the goals that have been named, will be evaluated and adjusted yearly by the management.

Environmental policy

A primary responsibility

The direction is conscious of their responsibility for a healthy and clean environment. One of the main goals of the direction is trying to avoid harming the environment as a consequence of their company activities.

De direction strives to control the environmental tax and reduce their effect on the environment as a consequence of their company activities. This is seen as a primary responsibility of the management and a task of every employee. The measuring of the progress on the area of environment is executed through a monitoring program.

Finally, as a result of our policy, our company aims to minimize the production of (residual) waste and to limit a negative influence on the quality of the air, water, and the soil as a result of conducting business operations by utilizing an effective environmental management system

  • It is expected from all employees that they work with the agreed work method to maintain the expected environmental level.

  • The integral part of this policy is creating and maintaining the environmental care system that is adjusted to the current activities that are aligned with the law and the norms of ISO 14001.

VCA Policy

Working in a safe way

The direction declares that their policies are guided to fulfill the conditions that have been set for safety, health, and environment (VGM) according to the rules in the VCA version of 2017 and the requirements set by the contractors.

The aim is to guarantee the safety and health of all our employees and third parties by achieving optimal safe working conditions, thereby promoting the well-being off all employees and third parties.

The policy goal is to give as much protection as possible to individuals to prevent them from getting hurt and to prevent material and environmental damage. With cases such as absenteeism, it will be assessed whether the employee can do modified work. If this is possible modified work will be offered.

Cases such as incidents are unwished for this has to be prevented as much as possible by the direction, the staff and subcontractors.

To prevent incidents the direction, together with the staff gives special attention to improve the situations that are:

  1. Unsafe, irresponsible
  2. Threaten the health of the individual
  3. Burden the environment unnecessarily

 

The preparation and the execution of the safety policy is a subject of regular discussion within the organization. The organization strives to continuously improve in the area of VGM.

This means that the demanded personal protection equipment can be acquired costless for the employees, whereas the maintenance of the equipment will be free. The employees will also be schooled in the general principals in working safe, and will be additionally schooled on the specific dangers of their function. Activities will be planned and executed to prevent risky situations as much as possible.

We also strive to continuously improve the policy and our execution in the area of VGM, for this we make yearly goals.

The direction makes this policy, and from there the following agreements are known with the employees, where they are all equally responsible for limiting the number of incidents within the organization. To realize the safety policy, and the company goals, the direction focuses on stimulating the motivation of the employees.
