Our client is seeking a motivated team leader for their location in Waddinxveen. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring your team functions effectively and achieves its goals. You will work with team members who perform tasks that you will monitor and evaluate.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team and ensure a clear division of tasks.
- Periodically evaluate employee performance and conduct appraisal meetings.
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas for structural solutions.
- Prepare and manage work schedules and plan daily activities.
- Support team members in their professional growth through guidance, training, and regular feedback.
