🔧 What will you do?
Depending on your preference and experience, you can work in one of the following departments:
- Logistics: collecting orders, building carts, loading/unloading carts, order picking
- Production: packing, sorting, labeling, preparing flowers and plants for shipment

🕒 Working hours & conditions:
- Working days from Monday to Friday, Sundays are also possible (you will then receive a day off during the week)
- On Sundays you receive a weekend allowance of 200%
- Working hours usually between 06:00 and 17:00, depending on the department
- Sometimes longer working days, especially around holidays and peak periods flexibility is important
- Part-time work is possible; let us know and we will check the options based on planning
- Own transportation is required
- Experience in the flower industry is a plus, but not required
- Motivation, positive energy, and commitment are most important
- Willingness to do physical work and be flexible
- Knowledge of Dutch and/or English
- Own accommodation in the Aalsmeer / De Kwakel region
- Salary from €14.71 per hour, excluding weekend allowances
- Stable job with the prospect of a direct contract with the client
