🔧 What will you do?
- Collecting orders
- Order picking
- Preparing flowers and plants for shipment

🕒 Working hours & conditions:
- Working days: Monday to Wednesday
- Working hours usually between 07:00 and 20:00 (depending on workload)
- Sometimes longer shifts, especially during holidays and peak periods flexibility is important
- Own transport is required
- Experience in the flower industry is a plus, but not required
- Motivation, positive attitude, and commitment are most important
- Willingness to perform physical work and flexibility
- Good command of Dutch and/or English
- Living in the Aalsmeer / De Kwakel region
- Salary starting from €14.88 per hour (excluding weekend allowances)
- Stable job with the prospect of a direct contract
