Responsibilities
As a Mid-Level Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our modern production machines. Youll ensure the production process runs smoothly and troubleshoot issues as needed. Additionally, youll be involved in quality control and process optimization. Your tasks will include:
Independently or in a team:
- Performing machine setups.
- Determining and executing optimal production sequences.
- Finalizing production orders.
- Assisting colleagues with troubleshooting and escalation of issues.
- Replenishing consumables.
- Optimizing the production cycle.
With guidance:
- Documenting and maintaining work instructions.
- Analyzing, solving, and preventing malfunctions.
- Replacing mechanical parts and wear components.
- Developing and adjusting periodic maintenance schedules.
- Preparing the production process for new products.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
- Experience in independently operating and maintaining machines.
- Skilled in performing quality checks and resolving technical issues.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch.
- Possession of a VCA certificate, forklift, and crane certifications. (if not, we can offer you that possibility to get them)
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Experience with measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and other measuring instruments.
- Proficient with computers and related systems.
- Knowledge of the production equipment used in the department.
