Our client is seeking a motivated Grounds Maintenance Worker for their location in Delft. Are you VCA-certified or willing to obtain the certification, and looking for a hands-on, physical role? As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you’ll ensure that the Delft site remains clean, orderly, and safe. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness, performing light maintenance tasks, and supporting logistics processes. You’ll be responsible for identifying and reporting any issues on-site and ensuring smooth operations.
 

Responsibilities:

• Daily upkeep of the grounds, including cleaning pathways, parking areas, and other sections.
• Moving materials and assisting with light logistical tasks.
• Inspecting the site and reporting any irregularities.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

What we’re looking for:

• A valid VCA certificate or the willingness to obtain one soon.
• Availability for up to 4 days a week.
• Working hours from 07:30 to 16:30.
• Physical ability to perform light but consistent work.
• Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
• Strong focus on safety and cleanliness.
