You will work on weekdays at various production and logistics companies, including those in the flower and plant industry, the fresh produce (AGF) sector, and possibly the metal sector. Youll work at different locations in and around The Hague. No two days are the same, and we take your preferences into account so you can discover which tasks suit you best.
🔧 What will you do?
- Depending on the company and department, your tasks may include:
- Production work such as packing, building carts, sorting, stacking, labeling, or preparing orders for shipment
- Logistics tasks such as order picking, loading/unloading, or working with carts
- Taking part in different processes and discovering what suits you best

🕒 Working hours & days
- Working days from Monday to Friday
- Possibility to work 2, 3, or 5 days per week
- Working hours and days vary depending on the company
- Weekend work is sometimes possible (with additional allowances)
- You are willing to work at different production locations and are motivated to gain new experiences
- You speak English and/or Polish, so you can communicate well with colleagues
- Experience in a production environment is a plus, but not required we are happy to teach you everything you need to know
- You are a team player and work accurately
- Own accommodation, preferably in the region of The Hague
- Competitive salary according to the collective labor agreement (CAO) starting from €14.71 per hour
- A working week of up to 40 hours, depending on your preferences and availability
- A good pension scheme via StiPP, including the plus scheme from day one
