🌿 About the job
As a Foreman/Supervisor Green Maintenance, you will lead a small team consisting of employees with a distance to the labour market. Together, you will carry out simple green maintenance tasks in the public outdoor areas of Zoetermeer. You provide clear guidance, ensure a pleasant working atmosphere, and monitor safety and quality.
The work takes place outside the regular green season, during a quieter period when normally little green work is carried out.
✨ What will you do?
- Trimming hedges and removing overhanging branches
- Performing simple green maintenance tasks
- Managing, guiding, and motivating employees
- Monitoring quality, safety, and structure
- Organising clear task distribution and daily planning
- Monitoring progress and reporting any issues
🕒 Working hours and duration
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Working hours between 7:00 and 16:00
- A company bus is provided by the client
📋 What do you bring?
- A valid category B driving licence (required)
- Experience in green maintenance is a strong plus
- Affinity with guiding people with a distance to the labour market
- A patient, clear, and social working attitude
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- You are reliable and proactive
- Own accommodation in (the area of) Zoetermeer
