🔧 Your tasks:
Lead, motivate, and support a young team (languages: Polish, Ukrainian, English).
- Coordinate production of labels and stickers to ensure they are ready on time and error-free.
- Monitor quality and accuracy of stickers and labels.
- Support the production process when needed.
- Plan tasks, delegate work, and oversee daily production.
- Act as a point of contact for the team and management.
🕒 Working hours & conditions:
- Monday to Friday
- Fulltime, 35-45 hours per week
- Flexibility required during peak periods
- Own transport or independent travel required
- Leadership experience, preferably in a production environment
- Accurate, organized, and stress-resistant
- Dutch and/or English proficiency (Polish/Ukrainian is a plus)
- Good computer and printer skills
- Team player, but also able to make independent decisions
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a young, diverse team
- Own accommodation in the Aalsmeer / De Kwakel area
