🔧 What will you do?
Depending on your preference and experience, you can work in one of the following departments:
- Logistics: collecting orders, building carts, loading/unloading carts, order picking
- Production: packing, sorting, labeling, preparing flowers and plants for shipment

🕒 Working hours & conditions:
- Working days from Monday to Friday, Sundays are also possible (you will get a weekday off)
- On Sundays you receive a weekend allowance of 200%
- Working hours usually between 06:00 and 17:00, depending on the department
- Sometimes longer working days, especially around holidays and peak days flexibility is important
- Part-time work? Let us know, we will see what is possible based on the schedule
- A drivers license is a big plus
- Experience in the flower industry is an advantage, but not required
- Motivation, positive energy, and commitment are most important
- Willingness to do physical work and be flexible
- Knowledge of Dutch and/or English
- Own accommodation, preferably in the region of The Hague or Aalsmeer
- A salary starting from €14.71 per hour, excluding weekend allowances
- Free transport from The Hague and on the way to Aalsmeer (if possible)
- Daily bonus for drivers: €13 net per worked day
- A stable job with the prospect of a direct contract with the client
