🌿 About the position
As a Logistics Employee Intake, you are responsible for receiving plants delivered by growers. You process them both physically and administratively.
Upon arrival, you carefully check the goods and ensure everything is correctly registered in the system. You provide the plants with the correct distribution labels so that the further logistics process runs smoothly.
You work closely with various departments such as logistics, purchasing, operations, and occasionally sales. You report to a logistics team leader but are able to work independently and accurately.

✨ What will you do?

• Receiving and checking incoming plants
• Checking documents and purchase order lines
• Administrative processing of incoming goods flow
• Detecting, reporting, and correcting deviations
• Checking quality and quantity
• Processing goods according to set standards
• Placing distribution stickers for correct process flow

You are flexibly deployable for other logistics activities and are willing to help other departments if needed.

🕒 Working hours and duration

• 4–5 days per week (32–40 hours)
• Between Monday and Friday
• Start times between 05:00 and 09:00
• End times depend on the number of orders

Expected duration: 3 months, with possibility of extension if performance is good.

📋 What do you bring?

• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and logistics software
• Flexible and proactive attitude
• Stress-resistant with problem-solving ability
• Accurate and precise, both independently and in a team
• Basic plant knowledge (preferred)

❗ Important:
The candidate must have their own accommodation in the Den Haag / Honselersdijk area and be able to travel independently to work.
