🌿 About the job
As a Foreman/Supervisor Green Maintenance, you will lead a small team consisting of employees with a distance to the labour market. Together, you will carry out simple green maintenance tasks in the public outdoor areas of Zoetermeer. You provide clear guidance, ensure a pleasant working atmosphere, and monitor safety and quality.

The work takes place outside the regular green season, during a quieter period when normally little green work is carried out.

✨ What will you do?

• Trimming hedges and removing overhanging branches
• Performing simple green maintenance tasks
• Managing, guiding, and motivating employees
• Monitoring quality, safety, and structure
• Organising clear task distribution and daily planning
• Monitoring progress and reporting any issues

🕒 Working hours and duration

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Working hours between 7:00 and 16:00
• A company bus is provided by the client

📋 What do you bring?

• A valid category B driving licence (required)
• Experience in green maintenance is a strong plus
• Affinity with guiding people with a distance to the labour market
• A patient, clear, and social working attitude
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• You are reliable and proactive
• Own accommodation in (the area of) Zoetermeer
